Seller return

Seller has provided non trackable return label, tells me it's allowed. Is it  as I don't want to return then get no refund.

The only way ebay know you have returned an item is by the postal tracking so it does need to be tracked.   Ask seller to reissue tracked label or escalate your return case to ebay after 3 working days.

Ebay options after 3 days didnt exist but got help eventually and they gave me refund
