Seller not wanting to accept a return

We have bought goods that are not as described. I hav contacted the seller to return them but he doesnt wannt them back. He has made a derisory offer of compensation, but I want all of my money back.  I wannt to escalate this to ebay, but there is no way to do so that I can see. can you help?

Use the ebay resolution centre here,http://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/ to report item not as described,and the seller if UK based should send you a prepaid return label.

Once you have opened the case if the seller does not resolve,then the option to escalate the case to a claim becomes available on day 9,then ebay take over and deal with any refund.

If the seller does not want the item back he can tick the relevant box in the resolution centre case details,and you should automatically be refunded
