How do I report a seller who is blatetently ghost bidding on most of his own auctions?

You mean shill bidding, which is actually illegal.

There's a report link on every listing, just above the description text top right.

This seller is bidding with other accounts to inflate item price and I have been reporting to E-bay hundreds of individual auctions. So far though nothing appears to be done to stop him/her, How long do I have to keep reporting or will they do something if I stop reporting on this seller. I have been closely following the antics of this seller for a long time and have bought one item (when the shill bid was removed by seller making me the top bidder). I have also noticed that at the end of auctions the shill bidder is usually the winning bidder but is never giving feedback to seller. Which makes me suspect the bids are cancelled later with a NO SALE.

Still waiting to see if someone can reply with an answer (rather than someone editing the name of the dodgy Chinese seller out of my message)!!
