Seller ignoring messages of problems

Hi, recently bought a pair of driveshafts new from a business seller, when they arrived the outer box was fine, inside two boxes, one shaft in each, one box was new but the grease sachet burst and was useless as all over the item.

The other box had labels removed and looks like it had been returned previously,  and  the grease, bolts and gaskets were missing.

Contacted the seller with photos of this all, have had two replies asking for pictures which have been sent on 3 occasions with explanation, and now getting no replies despite asking for updates. 

Cant seem to be able to report this to Ebay as help seems to have changed and not in the selection bars.

You don't need to report it to eBay. Just open a case under eBay's money back guarantee, through the resolution centre: https://resolutioncentre.ebay.co.uk/

To qualify, you must have paid through eBay's checkout by credit or debit card, PayPal or PayPal credit, or Apple Pay or Google Pay. A case must be opened within 30 days after the actual (or latest estimated) delivery date, or within the seller's return window, if longer. The item must have been delivered, or collected by you in person.

The seller is allowed 3 business days in which to respond. After that, the option will appear for you to escalate the case, if necessary, for eBay to step in and help. This option remains available for 21 days from the date the case was opened.

EBay will enable the seller to send you a prepaid return label (if the item was located in the UK; this may not apply if the item was located abroad). Once returned, eBay will process your refund.

If the seller doesn't reply or you're not happy with their response, escalate the case. Follow any instructions and time limits carefully, and don't agree to close the case until you have received your refund.
