I have a simple problem, but unfortunately i am not able to contact directly with Ebay
Summing up, i canceled 5 sales, not my fault, but when i proceeded to the cancellation did not value the subject
and now i have a restricted account, which is not fair, since the articles were canceled at the buyer's interest, in neither
cases was open any claim, negative feedback,nothing......in fact in some cases even thanked me for protecting them
(compatibility issues)
How can i get back in the regularized account? Without having to wait for the evaluations, as in this case is unfair and
is hurting my sales, some of this sales have months....
