Scammer on Ebay

Hi all . . .  I have identified a scam merchant operating here on ebay . . .. . . he has a few vehicles advertized on classified ads .  .  what he is doing is demanding a deposit through bank transfer then agreeing to deliver vehicle .  . of course vehicle never arrives and then he blocks your calls . .  . No detailed information can be found through his account . .  . ebay wont help as its just a classified ad and no transaction has taken place . .  . is there any recourse?

You really need to Edit out that ID. That is the Account Holder. NOT the Scammer. Is a Compromised Account. How would you take to bring Named and Shamed on a Public Forum.

How do you know it's a compromised account? . . . . and even if it is the account holder should be aware and have reported it to Ebay. Why are Ebay enabling this behaviour with no way of stopping it? These are the things that need answering . . . . if my account was used to scam someone I would want it stopped . . . . . the shame is you are more concerned with account naming than the scam
