Hi, after some advice please.
I believe I have been scammed having purchased an iPhone11. Why actually arrived was a broken and smashed iPhone6, sent to an incorrect house number on our road.
tje seller is now claiming the owners of that address have swapped the phone and he definitely sent an iphone11.
he has now offered half of a refund instead of a full one.
I have opened a return and so can't open a dispute. Should I return the iPhone 6 or is this all part of his plan?
any advice gratefully received.
