I am assuming thatyou do not mean a "return" case but a "not as described case".  For return cases the seller does not have to pay for postage.  [Return is for not liking it, change of mind and such]. 

 

In future simply open a "not as described case" if you feel that something is wrong.  There is no point in contacting the seller nor sending photos.
