If I receive an item that is so bad I have to return the item for a refund, I then leave a bad review about the item (not the seller) which was a genuine review, the seller then keeps asking me to reverse my review because it is not good for the company.
Why should I not be able to leave a review as to what the problem was If the item was not fit for purpose?
I have left many good reviews with items I have received & have been a good product.
Why am I supposed to lie about a product to keep the seller happy?
" I then leave a bad review about the item (not the seller)"
Since you highlight that the cause of damage[?] was the way it was packaged, then it was aimed at the seller.
You may be commenting on the item but neg feedback can have huge impact on the seller.
