Hi,
I purchased a couple of items and returned them as I chaned my mind under distance selling regs. I shipped back via ebay returns shipping, I know ebay charge for that, but I can also claim that from paypal, but how? paypal want an invoice and ebay never gave any.
Also one of the items is being returned to me as as undeliverable, what next, if I can't return it I can't get my money back? how do I resolve?
