Hi I sold boots that were in very good condition .buyer tells me they have a rip in them when opened I know full well they never had rip in them when I sent .them .packag pac was not trashed .I looked at the buyers photos .sorry but they are trying to pull a fast one what can I do

There is little you can do, if the buyer opens a case for item not as described.  

 

So,  if your buyer opens a case for item not as described,  refund fully through the case details,  and within 8 days,  the case will enforce you to pay for that fully tracked return postage.  Do not refund until your have your item back,  or tracking shows delivery.

 

It is unfortunate when this happens,  but eBay deem it the fairest way,  as no one can physically check items,  is for the item to be returned to the seller,  and a full refund given to the buyer.
