Hi gang! I recently had to open a returns request, as the seller isn't accepting item is faulty. Nowhere can I find out if I need to return the item while waiting for her to answer, or do I wait until eBay tell me to do so?
this has never happened to me before, most people just refund you, especially when we are talking only £12.00. HELP!!!!!
