I'm trying to get a refund but my 'more actions' option on my purchase doesn't include asking eBay to step in, how do I fix this? I've contacted the seller and they aren't responding

If you have not yet opened a dispute or return then you are not asking ebay to step in

You are opening a dispute.

The resolution centre is at the bottom of the page. Or you can click on Help and Contact of Seller help at the top of the page and items you have bought should come up with the option to open a case.

Make sure you open the correct dispute

If the item is not as described then that is the dispute you open

If it is a change of mind like not fitting or not liking then item then it is a return

You open the dispute and if the seller does not respond then you can then ask ebay to step in by escalating the dispute after a full 3 days

nickyo-10 Just to make it 100% clear for you.....the option for Ebay to step in will prob not appear on the case until day 4. Hope this helps.
