I ordered two white boards on Ebay. When they arrived one was damaged and I returned it and received a refund. The second whiteboard broke and injured my husband the first time we tried to use it. I tried to return it but because I had already returned part of the order, I could not open a new return request. The seller is not helpful, they are offering me a partial refund and asking me to keep the item. I have told them I do not want to keep the item and they told me to open a new return request. I am going around in circles and can't get any help. I've tried contacting Ebay via email but the email is rejected because they say I am using an incorrect order number, which I am not. Does anyone know how I can resolve this please?
