I receved an item that wasnt as described. The seller has now got back in touch and said they'll refund and accept the item back. Does the seller have to initiate a proces whereby they have to officially accept they'll take the item back and also pay for the returns postage? Also do I send the item back BEFORE I get the refund for my original payment OR do I send the item and upon receipt of the returned goods i then get a refund. I dont want to end up out of pocket by paying for return posting without the permission of the seller.
Thanks
Steve
