Returning a large item

Please - how do I return a large item (faulty) to the seller? Do they use Hermes. I'm a newbie so help appreciated. TIA

Firstly, open a return case via the resolution centre citing 'doesnt work'.

The seller will need to provide you with a postage label to return the item > make sure it covers the weight of the item!
