Returned two item, only got refunded for one

Hi the other week I asked a question on here because I bought two item which were both broken and wanted to return both, the seller wasn't very coopertative in paying for return postage. She grudgling sent me a label to print out and I told her I was returning both the items and she said, okay you'll get a refund for both.

I sent them in the package I reciueved them in, put the label on them which was tracked delievery, I have proof with the weight of the parcel that both items were there, yet I have only been refunded for one item. I'm really worried that she's not going to refund the other and because she's taken so long in complaining about posting them back ect.. the 30-day return is up on the item, even though it had been sent back.

Is there anything I can do? I have sent her a message asking for the other item to be refunfed too but I don't know what else I can do.
TIA

Ask eBay to check the return case for you and see what they suggest or can do to help.  You can use live chat or one of the phone options at the bottom of this:

Your question is missing essential information.

Did you buy these as two separate transactions, or a single transaction for two items? If the former you should have opened two cases.

Did you open a case under eBay's money back guarantee? You say the 30 day period is up, but does this refer to the period to open a case or the period to escalate it?

I think the short answer is that if you opened a case for two items bought as a single transaction you should have been refunded for both. If you received only a single refund you need to phone eBay customer support.

If you didn't open a case or only opened one case where you should have opened two it's too late to do anything about this now.
