I've returned 2 items via track and trace and signed for. The seller is stating not received and not giving a refund. I've tried to get eBay to step in and it's just a mess. What should I do? Thanks
You will be able to escalate the return case to ebay 3 working days after you started it (up to 30 days). Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
