Return I paid for not accepted by seller despite tracking showin delivery was attempted and the time limit for them picking it up expired today. Seller has stopped communicating. I'm out of pocket now for the order (that included international postage) AND the return international postage which they promised to refund when tracking info was received. This was sent to them and they acknowledged but now they have gone quiet. Cant find out how to open a resolution as it has already been sent back as a return and ebay rmenu "routing " doesnt allow for items already returned. HELP!
