Return with Dodgy Chinese address? HELP

Hi al I've just been running in circles trying to get eBay to step up as a return I started due to the item arriving different to what I believe I ordered and I think the original listing was changed? I got an item that is no use at all to me.

My problem is that the orginal item was suposedly in London, arrived from Birmingham and the return address is...

I copy pasted it as is above? No was this is any type of address?

The return postage in anycase would be near the cost of the item but this is clrear misrepresentation and probbaly most people would giveup after not recieving a responcefrom the seller in over a week?

Who provided that address? return label should be received through an ebay return case and should be the UK address registered with ebay.

The listing that you bought from is the one in your purchases. While a listing can be changed by a seller it only applies to purchases made after the date of the change. 

It is not possible to change the listing shown in your purchases.

The address is copy pasted from the 'Seller's return information'! So it would seem i made a FUBAR when purchasing the wrong size knowing the size I needed? I do not remember being drunk at all the week I purchased?😁
