Hi I want to return an item that has been accepted at cost to myself which is fine, however it is small and light and only will only cost around a pound if I return with Royal Mail, however the only options in my open return case are via eBay labels - Royal Mail or collect plus at £3.50 or £4.50. When I've looked at the help topics it says I should be able to choose another carrier and then upload the tracking number. Why isn't this available or where can I find it please? I've tried desk top and mobile versions. Thank you
