The seller it seems has sent you a cancellation request citing you have asked for this refund and cancellation, this way they get their seller fee back, and their seller performance is not affected.
Contact eBay Customer Services, explain this is not the case, you do not want a refund, you want the item. They cannot force the seller to send it, but the seller will pay a seller fee, and get a damaging defect on their account.
eBay do not like unhappy buyers.
