Can anyone help. I issued a full refund rather than have an argument about a description of goods, and the buyer got their money back plus postage but I'm still waiting on my item to be returned. Tried to contact the buyer several times but not getting a reply. Think the buyer is getting his money back but keeping the items he/she complained about. What can I do?

This is one of the most frequently asked questions here, and the answer is always the same.
Never, ever refund a buyer until they have returned the item.
You shouldn't have Refunded until you had the Item back. Send them a PayPal Money Request.
