Return from buyer

We have agreed to a return but the item is not defective. It left us in excellent condition. Why should we pay for a return when we stipulated in returns policy the buyer would be responsible?

If the buyer opens a not as described dispute then you have to accept the item back and send a pre paid label for the return

Once back then you refund through the resolution centre

Ebay would almost certainly go with the buyer.

If it is in the condition you sent it in when you receive it back then you could try the right of the item in your sold section under More actions Report this buyer

Buyer mis used returns.

Ebay may not tell you if they take any action and it may make no difference to your dispute

If it was a change of mind then the buyer should pay the return postage and you refund when you receive the item back
