Can anyone help please. I don't accept returns and a buyer fabricated a reason to demand a return/refund. (It is clearly made up and borderline for reporting under eBay's Extortion Policy.)
I agreed as goodwill gesture and to avoid hassle. I accepted the return request but because the buyer had stated (completely untruthfully) the item didn't match the description, it seems I am stuck with paying the return postage, as the system won't let me bypass the page or do anything in fact.
There's also the threat that eBay will charge me for the postage if I don't click the pay button.
The vast majority of people on eBay are great to deal with, lovely often, so I'm a bit lost with all this.
Is there a way round it? Any help much welcomed.
If they opened a not as described case then there is no choice....goodwill or not YOU pay return postage
