I bought a treadmill item from your company since November . And I made so many effort to return the item by sending emails and no reply till now. And it was not used , and don’t want it any more. I need to return it.

You did not buy it from ebay you bought it on ebay from a seller 

Ebay does not sell items they are platform for sellers

Why do you want to return it 

The resolution centre it as the bottom of the page

You have 3o days to open a dispute there

If out of time and it is not as described then you may be able to open dispute there

Try to sign up for the paypal return postage first
