I’ve returned an item since Tuesday I want you to help me getting my refund please

Seller is not required to refund until item is received. Haven't you heard that there are delays with deliveries. This always happens at Christmas without the extra problems of Covid 19.

 

So long as you have dealt with the Return in the proper way, just be a bit more patient, and check the Tracking for yourself.

 

If you haven't opened a Return Case then you are not likely to get any refund.

The process is automated ...  

Have you opened an appropriate Returns case, entered the tracking details, escalated the case to eBay when allowed to do so and continued to case completion ?? ... To and fro messages and DIY return methods will not get you your refund !.

 

You have 30 days from delivery to open a suitable case with eBay and follow the instructions carefully to completion ...      using a PC/Laptop is best >
