Return an item

I have started a return but when I click on return details I can’t find return slip there is no address to send to. can anyone help me out ?

Private sellers do not have to accept "returns" [change of mind for example] but if you mean a "not as described case" then the label will arrive through the case.  If it does not then escalate after 3 full business days and you may not need to return. 

If you have opened the wrong case then you get only one chance I'm afraid
