Hi
I was sent a defective item and the seller had refused a refund and wants me to pay the return postage.
I raised the issue with the seller and he refuses to accept there is a problem and closed out the issue
what do I do next I want to raise my concern with eBay but cannot see how to do this as the issue has been closed
If the item was not as described then that was the case you should have opened
The seller could not refuse that dispute
Now it has closed then there is nothing you can do on ebay as you can only open one dispute.
If you paid by paypal then try there but sign up to their return postage first if you can
You need to send it back tracked and put that on the dispute
Escalate as soon as paypal allow but within 20 days
