Thank you for your reply. Sorry for my request confusingly. If possible, as I cannot collect this item, I would like to retract my bid. Thank you for your support.

And they replied as the below.

Ok. I think you have to do that, not me....

Though the seller agreed with my cancel, I don't know how to retracting my bid.

Could you help this procedure?
