Retract bid

I asked seller to retract a bid that was made unknowingly by my ex. There is 3days 20hrs left on bid. Seller emailed back saying cant retract bid and will see if he/she gets any other higher bidders.
Is this right?????

Go to help and contact tab at the top of the page and search

cancel a bid    or  retract a bid

Instructions should come up 🙂

Change your password and secret questions if you do not want anyone else having access to your account too.
