Restricted account

I have sold an item and arranged for the buyer to collect next week.  He asked if I would remove the listing, which I have done.   E-bay have now restricted my account.  I am unable to contact E-bay.

I don't like or want a blot on my record for something that I haven't done.  

How do I contact them?

Yes you would be restricted BECAUSE YOU DID NOT SELL IT !!

When an item sells through eBay it is automatically removed.......nobody else can purchase

With a collection item the buyer still needs to buy the item throgh eBay & then simply not pay until they come & collect.......you do not remove the item from eBay
