Hi Everyone. I am desperate for help resetting my password. I updated my bank details for the new managed payments system and then received an email from Ebay to say we've temporarily blocked your account and to change my password. Every time I try I get the message to say it's beenn veirfied but then a further message to say 'We ran into a problem, please try later' and then nothing else happens. Customer Services are no help at all. Does anyone have solution to this. I've got orders on there that I can't access. Any help greatly appreciated, thank you.
Suggest ... using a PC/Laptop, update and make any changes here, then Restart >
