Request for help please as this is making me ill. 24th June I won auction for item and paid by PayPal £169:22. I received conformation from eBay to say estimated delivery 27th-29th June.
30th June.item not received and no indication by seller that it has been despatched. My eBay purchase just shows paid. My PayPal shows payment of £169:22 completed. ( not I may add pending). I contacted seller and asked when the item was to be posted as I had not received it.
2nd July. No response to my messages from seller. My bank now shows payment to PayPal of £169:22. I opened not received item with resolution centre requesting refund as the item will arrive to late for sons birthday if it ever gets posted.
2nd July seller responds to eBay resolution centre message. Quote,"I've not been paid the item is not available as been stolen how do I take the item off" unquote. Those are the exacted words used.
3rd July I messaged the seller again saying that according to PayPal you have been paid. My PayPal shows sellers name. I asked seller to contact eBay and PayPal.
Today 7th July still nothing heard from seller. Sorry this is long winded just hope someone can put my mind at rest.
