Do I need to return faulty item myself, during a "Return Request" investigation. Nobody is answering me, and I am stumped, I have never been disbelieved about damaged china before. Most sellers, including myself, just refund without getting eBay involved. I am worried the time (14 days, I believe) will expire, and I will be left out of pocket, with a faulty item. Can anyone help. Have asked eBay but, as usual no reply!
