How do I report a fraudulent trader?? I've just been robbed out of nearly £300 - item described as "new and sealed" but arrived open and so used i can't even use it without spending another £90 replacing the dirty filters. Can't get through to eBay.
You have only 30 days to open a formal 'Item not as described' eBay case from delivery date given on the listing which a Seller cannot ignore ... after 3 days,escalatethe case to eBay and follow return instructions carefully to completion for a refund ... 'to and fro' messages/emails will not do it ! >
