There are hundreds of replica watches posted for sale.How come mine gets taken down? It's advertised as replica and eBay say it's against there policy to advertise replicas.

The most likely reason your item has been removed but not other similar items, is that your item has been reported, but the others have not yet been.

There is a Report link on all listings.

Replica = fake.

Fakes are prohibited from sale, both on eBay and by law.

Does it matter why yours were taken down, and other were not? It's like asking why you were caught for speeding, and other drivers were not. They were lucky - this time!

Don't try to relist further fakes. EBay itself has faced massive legal action for faliling to prevent the sale of counterfeits here. They now enable the brand owner to report any listing which they believe infringes their copyright. EBay isn't going to risk further legal action by the brand name owners - they will simply get rid of the sellers reported. A second or third report could see you permanently banned from selling here.
