Relisting item second chance offer

My winning bidder asked me to cancel the sale so I have made a second chance offer to the other bidder, do I have to relist the item? I am just worried that someone else would buy it before the other bidder

Also, its free to list but when I went to look about relisting it showed listing fee of 85p... Does anyonw know why please?

If you issued a SCO after cancelling the original sale on ebay no one else can see it.   Sorry, I don't know what the 85p is for  but don't relist until the SCO has expired.
