Refunds

I returned an item got the postal receipt sent it to the seller they said they have refunded me I still havnt received the money do EBay contact you as well to tell you that the seller has refunded the item if they do then I havnt received that email either

You should have got notification.   The money wil return to source.  Takes about 7 days to return to bank account via debit card, up to 30 days to return to credit card.

If you opened a return case you will be able to escalate it to ebay after 3 working days and they will enforce it.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
