Hi all. How do you deal with a buyer that is saying they have not received their email chart when I've sent it 3 times

What is an Email Chart? How have you sent it 3 times, after the first why did you not use tracking?

they are expecting to receive a chart through the post as email delivery is against ebays rules,

if you don't post the item they can open a not received case and get their money back
