Refund

I sent a part which I know to be genuine but buyer. Is saying it's refurbished and doesn't work. My gas man. Wanted to talk to him but he wouldn't speak to him a lot of what he is saying doesn't ring true . He's demanding a refund he said he has photos and video of this part but won't send them. I want to fight this but it's his word against mine . How to do this ?

If he opens a not as described dispute then you have to send a pre paid label for the return and once you have it back then you have to refund in full. If you dont ebay will force you to and you will pay the fees

It may come back as you sent it.

The buyer does not have to talk to your gas man.

I think he is scamming me to get it for nothing. It was new not refurbished as he is stating. I am waiting for it to arrive and don’t think it will be the part I sent but no proof
