Refund

Hi

i have refunded a buyer who said that they didn't receive the item. The item is 'lost' and I'm out of pocket. Does eBay cover this?

eBay cover it for the buyer if they open a case and you do not refund within 3 days,  eBay then force the refund.

You are covered with whatever tracking / proof of postage / insurance you took out for the item from Royal Mail,  or whichever Courier you used.
