Refund?

I sent a few parcels and letters to the same person.  All had my return address on. Parcels and tracking number on, but not the large letter. But they are all on the same receipt from the post office.

Typically, the large letter has gone missing and its now over a week. The person has raised a 'not received' case.

Surely, I don't have to refund as its not my fault!

What do I do?

As you cannot prove the item was delivered you will have to refund.

Ask your buyer to open a not receivec case and refund through the case. You will receive a refund of your selling fees.
