Contacted eBay for help to ask seller Ito refund. I returned my purchase to seller and seller got it on 15/7/21. Seller did not refund by 17/7/2021 so I told eBay that item was returned and seller got it on 15/7/21. eBay has not paid my money and a delivered item is placed on transit for ever. When withmmwill they refund? Tracking number is BN356475028GB.
Thank you for all your help. The problem I had was big and needed eBay help directly. My item was already delivered when I escalated the case. The case was ruled in my favour immediately. The status of my item was marked as "in transit " instead of delivered . Since I provided the the tracking number it appears no one read my notes. I was left in limbo for days till I googled for eBay customer services and got their email. I emailed them and someone physically tracked the reference and refunded mecwith no delay.
If this was all done through an EBay Returns Case you add the Tracking Number into the Case. Once the Tracking shows Delivered or Attempted Delivery EBay should Refund you. Did you Escalate the Case for EBay to Step in?
Contact eBay here and tell them tracking number and item has already been returned and received.
