Purchased a fake item. Raised it with seller who requested a return for a refund. Refund address is also fake. Seller promised refund and has not refunded my money. I am not the first person they have conned. This has been going on for weeks. I'm going around in circles with Ebay trying to get my money back and to report a seller who is clearly a scammer. I can't seem to email anyone at Ebay or speak to anyone. I can't return the item. Any advice?
