What information does a seller require to make a refund

The buyer has to  open a case.  No seller should make a refund except through a case, as that is how they get a refund of te selling fee and  NO defect on their account.

Why do you think you should get a refund? Have you opened an appropriate case?

You open a dispute and a seller deals with the problem and refunds through the dispute.

They do not need any information from you to do that

The dispute will then close automatically

If you gave us some information we could give a better reply.

Thank you purchased blow lamp from seller but it was not original being made up of different parts seller agreed refund then asked for my pay pal details which i thought funny so i requested refund through ebay just wanted to reassure myself i was doing the right thing and you just confirmed that for me many thanks

If you opened a not as described dispute then the seller should send a prepaid label for you to return the item. Once they have it back then they refund through the dispute and it will close.
