I have refunded a buyer and she as not sent my item back when I have been in touche with her she tells me that she as given my boots to a friend how can this be legal any help would be appreciated as I'm not going to let this drop thank you I now no that I should not have refunded her but I'm new to eBay and did not no this lesson learnt 😞 but should she still get away with this
