I bought an item using nectar points and PayPal. Ultimately I got a £10 partial refund. Ebay says it was in the form of a voucher; it shows on PayPal as having been refunded but isn’t there as a credit etc, and nectar only shows the points going out, and an adjustment to the points credited to account for the refund. Any ideas where my £10 refund has gone?
