Refund a refund

Hi had a NO delivery problem, reported and reieved a refund. The item was taken in by a neighbour and delivered to me> how do I pay the seller. the dispute case was closed and paypal issued refund.

See if you can pay again using the Send & Request link at top of page in your Paypal account.
