Refund a Refund

The seller refunded me for lost in post, then after 57 days from UK my order arrived .So I want  to refund him. Ebay don't let you ask for a email or phone no. . How do I pay him?  Brian

If you have been in a transaction with a seller then you can exchange email addresses which are needed here ,  to make a payment here via Paypal to your seller.  Or,  they can send you a Paypal Money request,  again needing your email to do this.
